By registering and using Serendip Moments, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Serendip Moments is a web platform allowing users to publish and geolocate personal moments on an interactive map, connecting people who shared experiences in the same place and time.
3. Registration and User Account
- You must be at least 16 years old to register.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must provide truthful information in your profile.
- One account per person. Fake or automated accounts are not permitted.
4. User Content
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
- By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.
- You retain all intellectual property rights over your content.
- Publishing illegal, offensive, false or third-party rights-infringing content is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassing, threatening or harming other users.
- Publishing personal information of third parties without consent.
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorisation.
- Attempting unauthorised access to Serendip's systems.
6. Moderation and Content Removal
Serendip reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Serendip is not responsible for user-published content, user encounters, or technical service interruptions.
8. Intellectual Property
The design, code, brand and concept of Serendip Moments are protected. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
Serendip Moments is protected in the European Union (EUIPO).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Spain.
